Terms and Conditions

Welcome, and we hope you have a pleasant and safe time in our private park.
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before renting:
1. Booking and Payment:
* The booking is confirmed after the agreed-upon payment is made.
* The advertised prices are for daily rental and include the use of the mentioned facilities.
* The price does not include any additional services not mentioned.
2. Safety and Responsibility:
* The safety of children is the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. They must be directly supervised in all areas of the park, especially in play areas and swimming pools.
* Safety instructions located throughout the park, including play areas, swimming pools, and the BBQ area, must be followed.
* Running, pushing, or any unsafe behavior near the swimming pools is strictly prohibited.
* Swimming pools and the water play area must be used according to their specific guidelines.
* The park is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.
* The renter must immediately inform the park management of any damage or malfunction of the facilities.
* The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the park's facilities due to misuse or negligence.
3. Use of Facilities:
* 5 Master Bedrooms: Dedicated for the private family use of the renter and their guests.
* 2 Majlis for Men and Women: Available for use with consideration for public etiquette and regulations.
* Indoor Playground Room: Please ensure the toys and equipment are suitable for the ages of the children using them, and supervise them.
* Outdoor Playground: Please ensure the safety of children while playing and using the equipment correctly.
* Landscapes: Available for enjoyment while keeping them clean.
* BBQ AREA: Please use it in the designated areas, take necessary safety precautions, and extinguish the fire completely after use.
* Arcade Gaming Room: Available for use while respecting any specific instructions for the machines.
* Swimming Pool for Adults and Kids:
   * Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
   * Jumping or diving in undesignated areas is prohibited.
   * Children must be constantly supervised around and inside the swimming pool.
* Water Play Ground: Please use it with caution and consideration for younger children.
* Kitchen: Available for use, please keep it clean after use.
* Indoor Cinema: Available for use while respecting any specific instructions for the equipment.
4. General Rules:
* The introduction of any hazardous or flammable materials is prohibited.
* Making noise that disturbs others, especially during quiet hours, is prohibited.
* Please maintain the cleanliness of all park areas and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
* The park management is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
* The park management reserves the right to ask the renter and their guests to leave in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
5. Cancellation and Amendment:
* The cancellation and amendment policy is subject to the terms agreed upon during booking.
By renting this private park, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
