Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, amendments, and/or no-shows will be charged in accordance with the relevant The Metallic Park policy for your particular Occupancy and/or Accommodation cost, which will be notified during the booking process.

You accept and consent that we will not return/refund the booking amount if cancellation happens 4 calendar days of arrival.

Changing the booking dates can only happen before 10 calendar days of arrival and you accept that there will be no refund if you chose to cancel it.
